How do I place an order?

What types of payment do you accept?

The Supplies Guys accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

How much does Shipping cost?

Depending on which method you choose and where you are located, shipping costs will vary. Enter your zip code to calculate costs.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship through UPS using several different methods. Visit our Shipping page to view your options. Orders placed before 5:30pm EST will be shipped on that business day.

Does The Supplies Guys ship to international addresses?

Of course! The only thing we ask of those ordering internationally is for a copy of the front and back of the credit card being used. By using this method, we can reduce credit card fraud.

Do The Supplies Guys compatible ink/toner products output the same colors as original manufacturers?

In lab measurements, The Supplies Guys compatible ink products match the colors of manufacturers’ ink very closely. You will see little difference, if any at all.

I’m looking for a specific item, but don’t see it on your website. Is there any way I can get it?

The Supplies Guys are more than willing to do whatever they can to help you out. Give us a call, fax or email with what you are looking for and we’ll let you know if and when we can get the product.

Returns

What do I do if my item is defective?

Call, fax or email us within 90 days of purchase to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns can be accepted without an RMA number. Shipping on the replacement is free.

What if the defective item is a Xerox product?

Xerox’s policy with defective items is to deal directly with the end user. They will not accept returned items from dealers. Just contact us and we’ll give you the information you need.

What if I accidentally ordered the wrong product?

As long as the package is unopened, The Supplies Guys will take it back within 45 days of purchase. Call, fax or email us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number as no returns can be accepted without an RMA number. Shipping charges are not refundable and restocking fees may apply.

What kind of warranty does The Supplies Guys offer?

The Supplies Guys have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied, we will take back an opened or partially used OEM product within 30 days of purchase. We offer a two-year warranty on compatible and remanufactured ink and toner products. Contact us for a free replacement or refund and to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Shipping charges are non-refundable and NO restocking fees apply.

Will using The Supplies Guys compatible ink/toner void my printer warranty?

NO! Compatible inks and toners will NOT void your warranty. OEM technicians sometimes tell consumers that use of third party supplies may "void your warranty" or "violate the terms of a service contract". THIS IS NOT TRUE AND MAY BE A VIOLATION OF FEDERAL TRADE LAWS IF ENFORCED BY THE MANUFACTURER.

What if I have a problem with The Supplies Guys compatible ink/toner products?

The Supplies Guys fully warrants the performance of our compatible products in your printer. If for any reason you believe the use of our compatible ink or toner is responsible for a problem with your machine, please contact us right away at 888-722-0390 and one of our technicians will assist you in resolving your issue. If we are unable to resolve your issue over the phone, we will contact an authorized service provider in your area as soon as possible. If any damage is found to be caused by our compatible ink or toner we will, at our discretion, cover the cost of the repair or replacement of the printer. Please do not contact a service provider on your own, service performed without our prior knowledge will void your Supplies Guys Ink/Toner warranty.

What if I have a problem with OEM ink/toner products?

The OEM manufacturers all have their own warranties and can be handled through the OEM manufacturers. If you need assistance in finding the correct contact information to file a claim, please contact us at any time at 888-722-0390.
