No restocking fees apply. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Merchandise being returned for customer dissatisfaction is limited to one set of opened products; all other products must be unopened. Defective Product For defective items (excluding Xerox Brand items), you may return them for replacement within 90 days of purchase. Shipping of the replacement is free. Credit will be issued when the defective part is returned. Defective Xerox Brand Product Customers who encounter defective Xerox Brand products will need to contact Xerox directly for replacement procedures. Non-Defective Product Products purchased as a result of customer error may be returned within 45 days of purchase, as long as the product is in the original packaging and unopened.
