The Xerox WorkCentre C2424 is a color multifunction printer well suited for a medium sixed office. With a monthly duty cycle of as much as 85,000 sheets and the capability to print at a rate of 24 pages per minute for black and white and full color. Despite its speed and capability, the Xerox C2424 measures only 20.9 inches wide, 26.0 inches deep, and 24.4 inches high.
For connectivity to a work group, the WorkCentre C2424 needs only a wired Ethernet connection, and a high speed USB cable that can be purchased from any computer supply retailer. This printer is compatible with Windows XP, Windows 98, Windows 200, Windows 2003, Mac OS 9, Mac OS X, and Linux.
The Xerox C2424 can print and copy in black and white and full color through the use of four Xerox solid ink sticks. These Xerox C2424 ink come in black, cyan, magenta, and yellow are designed to produce vivid, even color throughout the life of the ink. The Xerox WorkCentre C2424 can print and copy with a resolution of 600 dpi by 600 dpi for both black and white and full color. The maximum media capacity of the Xerox C2424 is 1675 sheets, and duplexing comes standard on the Xerox C2424.
The Xerox C2424 comes with 256 MB of memory standard. This memory can be upgraded to as much as 1 GB.
