The Dell 1350 is a color LED laser printer designed for a small office or business that needs a fast, high quality printer that is also extremely compact and portable. The Dell 1350 has a monthly duty cycle of 30,000 pages, making it capable of handling the needs of an office or business. Measuring only 15.5 inches wide, 11.8 inches deep, and 8.9 inches tall, the Dell 1350 is incredibly compact, rating as one of the smallest printers of its kind on the market and making it easy to place into even a small office or on a desk. Weighing 23.4 pounds, the Dell 1350 is light enough to be portable, while still providing exceptional quality and speed. Despite its small size and portable qualities, the Dell 1350 provides exceptional color and monochrome prints, producing high quality prints throughout the life of the printer.
This printer utilizes both wired and wireless connectivity. For wired connections, the Dell 1350 uses a high speed USB cable, as well as an Ethernet connection. A high speed USB cable is included with this printer. The Dell 1350 also utilizes a wireless connection for networking and workgroup purposes through a built in wireless adapter. This printer is compatible with many major operating systems, including Windows XP/2003/2008, Windows Vista, Mac OS X 10.4 and higher, as well as Windows 7.
The Dell 1350 uses four Dell toner cartridges one each in black, yellow, cyan, and magenta. These four Dell 1350 toner cartridges each have a yield of up to 700 pages before the toner needs to be replaced. The high page yield of these Dell toner cartridges makes it easy to print and work without needing to pause and change the toner or purchase more. Despite its small size, the Dell 1350 can hold up to 160 sheets of paper, with a 100 sheet output tray, so you can print large jobs without needing to constantly remove the finished pages. The 160 sheet input capacity is divided between a 150 sheet tray, and a 10 sheet automatic feeder. The page per minute speed of this printer is an impressive 15 pages per minute for black and white and 12 pages per minute for full color prints, making it a highly capable printer despite its compact size.
The Dell 1350 is powered by a 384 MHz processor, and comes with 128 MB installed. This is the maximum amount of memory that the Dell 1350 can support. The maximum printing resolution of the Dell 1350 is 600 dpi by 600 dpi. This printer is energy star qualified, to help save on power costs. The Dell 1350 is designed to print on a variety of medium, including plain paper, coated paper, envelopes, and recycled paper.
