I basically have been very pleased with The SuppliesGuys and the products. My concern may be with the printer in general. At 23,587 copies and nine months of use, I am now on my third black photoconductor drum. Ricoh tech support says that this is within range even though the photoconductor drum is rated for 15,000 copies. Is the drum inferior or the printer?
