You should know by now that Xerox is a brand that produces high quality products at a very reasonable price and the Xerox ColorQube 8570 solid ink printer is no exception. This printer is truly the first of its kind--it’s fast, bright, energy efficient, and affordable. Starting at $699, the ColorQube 8570 comes in three models, the 8570N, 8570DN, and 8570DT. Each model has amazing print speeds—as quickly as 40 pages per minute for both color and black and white prints and the first-page-out usually clocks in as fast as 5 seconds from the time you click “print”.
At an average duty cycle of 85,000 images per month, your ColorQube 8570 will be reliable through the years and it allows for additional paper trays making this printer capable of handling all of your office printing needs. It runs with 512 MB of memory on a fast 1 GHz processor. Flexibility is a quality you will find in the ColorQube 8570 series as its print drivers support PC, Mac, and Linux operating systems and can handle multiple paper types. The Xerox ColorQube 8570 has a wide media range including envelopes, labels, and business cards to name a few. With optional paper trays, print features and automatic two-sided printing (the 8570DN and 8570DT models have two-sided printing as a standard feature) you can customize this printer to fit your specific needs.
This ColorQube printer series uses solid ink sticks, which are known for their high print quality and consistency as well as their ease of use and no hassle maintenance. Thats because the printer uses heat and pressure to fuse the resin based (less toxic) solid ink sticks onto the sheets of paper. Laser toner and inkjet printers use print cartridges that soak into the paper, so print quality depends largely upon the paper type for these printer models. The ColorQube 8570 series can also produce 90% less waste during use compared to the typical color laser printer due to its reliance on solid ink sticks.
