Where can I track my package?
Your tracking number will be provided in your order confirmation email after you order ships. You will receive a UPS or USPS tracking number depending on the weight of your package. You can go to UPS or USPS to track your order but it may be easier to just paste the number into Google.
Why didn't I receive the tracking number via email?
Emails go out automatically, the most likely cause for not receiving one would be an incorrect email address. You might also want to check your SPAM folder.
How can I get my tracking number?
You can retrieve a tracking number by logging into your online account or by calling our customer service lines.

  • All orders placed with store credit must be placed with a representative over the phone.

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or Genuine Brand Guarantee

  • Any damaged, defective or unopened OEM products may be returned for a full refund to The Supplies Guys within 15 days of the original purchase date.
  • Any items returned between 16-30 days of the purchase date will be eligible for a refund via store credit.
  • Any lost packages, shortages or damages need to be claimed within 30 days of order delivery for credit or replacement.

Non-Defective Products and Exchanges

We understand that life gets a little crazy and you may order a wrong item or two. As long as the product is in the original, unopened package, we will be happy to take it back or exchange it for you within 1 year of the purchase date. Items ordered incorrectly and opened or used in any way are non-refundable. Items returned must be in sellable condition. Please double check your printer model and part numbers before opening.

If you wish to exchange your products, we will credit the method of payment we have on file and place a new order using that same method of payment. A new order number will be issued, and an email will be sent to you at the close of our business day. All exchanges are processed within 7-15 business days of the products arriving back to us. Only products purchased from The Supplies Guys can be returned for an exchange. Supplies Guys is not responsible for products sent to us that are past our warranty period or not ordered from our company.

When can I expect my refund?

Customers returning items can expect to be refunded (store credit when applicable) in the method in which they paid within 7-15 business days of our receipt of their accepted return. A refund will not be processed until the product is received by our warehouse.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are nonrefundable, except in the event of a packing error. Customers who received free shipping will be credited the full purchase price of all products returned, less shipping fee if their entire order is returned for a refund.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $45 mailed within the contiguous U.S. (HI, AK, APO, PR, and Guam are excluded). Discount applied at checkout to all orders shipped via USPS with Delivery Confirmation or UPS Ground at our discretion.

Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.

Order total must be over $45 before discounts and tax. If your total is close to $45, please shop to see other great products you can add to your order and qualify for free shipping.

Expedited Shipping

You may upgrade your shipping option to UPS 2nd Day during checkout by paying actual 2nd Day shipping rates. The 2nd Day option is only available if you live in a state where UPS Ground takes more than 2 days to deliver from our distribution center in California. (This protects you from unnecessarily paying for 2nd Day shipping when the UPS Ground or Priority Mail service would get there in the same amount of time). Shipping time starts when your package leaves our facility. If you require overnight shipping please call us at (888) 722-0390 as we do not have this option available for online orders at this time.

Orders received before 4 p.m. PST usually will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4 p.m. will be sent the next business day, while orders placed after 4 p.m. on Friday will ship on Monday. Orders shipped via UPS can only be delivered to a physical address. We cannot send packages via UPS to a P.O. Box or an APO/FPO address. If you see that your order is shipping UPS and you do not have a physical address listed please call our customer service department. In most cases we are able to catch these orders and have a representative contact you to correct the address.

U.S. Non-contiguous Orders

Orders shipping to non-contiguous U.S. territories will ship via the U.S. Postal Service according to the rate chart found here. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, & Palau. (The Priority Mail rate chart can be found below.)

Due to Homeland Security regulations, these packages need to be processed manually at the post office, which puts estimated delivery time at 5 to 10 business days.

Orders Shipped to Canada

We’ve made shipping easy for our Canadian customers by partnering exclusively with DHL for all orders going to Canada. View the DHL shipping rates chart below. Rates start at just $7.99! No longer worry about surprise customs fees or multiple postal carriers, our rates take care of everything upfront and DHL handles your order for the entirety of the shipment. Additional applicable taxes and/or customs fees will be added at checkout. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with DHL tracking information. Most orders ship out the same day and can take between 4-9 business days to arrive at their destination.

Shipping Times

  • We ship from our distribution center in California, Monday through Friday. Orders received before 4 p.m. PST usually will• be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4 p.m. will be sent the next business day, while orders placed after 4 p.m. on Friday will ship on Monday. Orders shipped via UPS can only be delivered to a physical address. We cannot send packages via UPS to a P.O. Box or an APO/FPO address. If you see that your order is shipping UPS and you do not have a physical address listed please call our customer service department. In most cases we are able to catch these orders and have a representative contact you to correct the address.
  • Orders are imported every few hours into our internal processing system. You will receive your order number via email, and a follow up email with tracking number details a few hours after the order leaves our facility. Transit times start when your package leaves our facility. Transit times are not guaranteed and shipping costs are not refundable.
  • These shipping rates may be discontinued at any time. All confirmed orders that were placed before any rate changes will receive the shipping cost they were quoted at the time the order was placed regardless of the ship date.
  • International orders will not be processed, except for Canada.
  • Once a package leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order’s arrival. Please allow 15 business days for packages to be delivered before the Post Office considers it a lost package. After 15 business days from the ship day, contact our Customer Care Center at (888) 722-0390 to resolve any issues.
